Performance Reporting
- Performance Reporting and monitoring is one of the core functions of Groundhog
- New Reports are being developed all the time and existing reports can be modified/customised depending on the user's needs. Contact us for specific Reports you may need
- The Cash Collection Report generates a Report for all Staff members who have collected funds via any of the reported baggage codes or methods
- The Port Performance Report shows Saved and Lost minutes for the period, grouped by Accountable, Non-accountable of Both types of Delay Code. The report is also able to be generated by Carrier
- The Staff Performance report links saved/lost minutes per Port and Carrier (and by Accountable/Non-accountable codes) to Staff so that proactive Performance improvement and Learning can be achieved. By understanding which Staff/Roles can lead to the most Saved minutes, the Ground Handler can improve processes and procedures to maximise the results for themselves and the Carrier
