Staff Management
- The Staff database is maintained for assistance with all communication, tracking and personnel requirements such as Address, contact info, Bank details, Uniform inventory
- Full visibility is only given to Supervisor and higher access levels
- All staff can be sent an SMS and/or email every week or as scheduled (up to 2 phone numbers and 2 email addresses per person)
- This ensures the roster is communicated effectively to all staff and minimises the chance of delays due to personnel non-attendance
- Changes to the roster are easy to transmit to either all staff or only to those affected by Roster changes
- Full control of which modules are available
- Users and their supervisor receive email updates
- Results can be linked back to the staff database automatically
- Immediate reporting, preparation, notification of recurrency
- Port supervisor, airline can generate and view recurrency requirements
- Automatic notifications can be created as well
